Pete Smith - Founding Director - 027 242 6378 Pete is responsible for the leadership and management of Ribbonwood NZ. He has been with the Ribbonwood group since 1999 and has had over 23 year’s involvement within the Forest Industry. Starting on the ground in logging crews he achieved a number of National certificates in Forest Harvesting and a NZ certificate in Forestry before moving into Logging supervision and woodflow management during six years with Carter Holt Harvey Forests. |

Kevin Goodman - Founding Director - 0274 474 426 Kevin founded Ribbonwood in 1978 and has expanded the group to the point where it directly employs over 200 people across 12 separate partnership companies. In 2007 Kevin recognized by the Forest Industry Training Education Council for his Outstanding Contribution to the Forestry Industry. Kevin and his wife Linda remain committed and passionate to both the Forestry and agricultural sectors. |

Tracey Mano - Business Manager - 027 234 3307 Tracey has had nearly nine years of forestry experience having previously working with Rayonier NZ Ltd as their Business Administrator. She has a thorough knowledge in contract administration, overseeing the log production and cartage systems, financial forecasting and block reporting. Prior to being involved with forestry Tracey had numerous other administrative roles with different companies. Her working career commenced with 4 years in the Royal NZ Air Force before travelling overseas. Tracey is sports mad and is actively involved in netball, running, cycling and swimming. Her weekends are spent with husband Sam chasing her two kids, George and Lucy around the sports fields or around the Mount. |
